How do you keep a youthful glow without breaking the bank? Buy skin products from a drugstore.

A fresh face for less $$$

A common myth is that skincare products need to be expensive to be effective, especially when it comes to anti-aging. Sometimes it can feel like the best anti-aging products on the market are so outrageously priced. Yes, there are fancy skincare products that are worth the tag, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t similar drugstore brands that can do the same job.

The world has so many cosmetics, and it is overwhelming trying to find the best anti-aging products, and then trying to narrow down to drugstore brands can age you more!!! For under $100, I have researched for you. Here are the five products that I recommend to use day and night, and it won’t break your bank.

Wash

Cetaphil cleanser-$6.39

Most dermatologists will recommend using Cetaphil to wash your face. I love this product because it can be rinsed off, wiped with a tissue, or wiped with a washcloth [to remove it]. It is fragrance-free and is gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. My facial girl recommends washing your face twice to make sure you get all the dirt and or makeup removed.

Toner

Thayers toner-$9.31

Another favorite amongst dermatologists is Thayers Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera Formula. This witch hazel is an organic aloe leaf juice toner along with hydrating rose water, glycerin, and grapefruit seed extract. Thayers cleanses, tones, moisturizes, and keeps your skin’s pH levels in check. After using this product, your skin feels clean and refreshed.

Vitamin C serum

Mario Badescu Vitamin C serum-$45

The Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum always gets top reviews; It provides all the brightening effects of vitamin C with additional goodies like hyaluronic acid, ginseng, and cucumber. It wakes up dry skin, brightens up the complexion without irritating the skin.
This product is suitable for normal, oily, and combination skin. After using this product, you will see a big diminish in the appearance of wrinkles and uneven skin tone—leaving all skin types soft, smooth, and glowing.

Moisturizer

Neutrogena Hydro Boost-$21.49

Neutrogena has been a success story since 1930. It is the #1 dermatologist-recommended skincare brand. I have been a big fan of this brand, from makeup wipes to sunscreen. You will find most of my bathroom cabinets filled with Neutrogena.
I love the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Water face gel moisturizer is a daily face moisturizer that is a non-comedogenic; it is oil-free, dye-free, and fragrance-free and is dermatologist-recommended. This non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores) moisturizer makes your skin feel smooth and supple.

CeraVe-$10.79

Eye Cream

I struggle with dark circles under my eyes, and in light of this, I am continually trying new creams. Right now, I love the CeraVe eye repair. This creme helps with puffiness and dark circles.
It is super important to use an eye creme that is ophthalmologist tested that is safe to use around the eyes. Dermatologists developed CeraVe, it is non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free.
